Booking Policy - ZEPHYR PLAYA

a) Grace period: 15 minutes – We kindly ask that you arrive on time. We cannot guarantee the reservation if you are more than 15 minutes late.

b) Reservation duration: Each reservation has a maximum duration of 2 hours (with an additional 15-minute grace period for group bookings), to allow space for subsequent reservations.

During the summer season, if you wish to spend the day with us, we invite you to reserve one of our sunbeds or Balinese beds. Please send your request to: reservations@zephyrtribe.pt.

c) Group bookings: If you wish to make a reservation for more than 10 people, please send your request to: reservations@zephyrtribe.pt.

d) One reservation per name: Our reservation system does not allow more than one reservation under the same name. The system will automatically retain the most recent reservation.

e) Table allocation: Reservations are, by default, allocated to the indoor area due to unpredictable weather conditions.

We will do our best to allocate your desired table; however, we cannot guarantee specific tables or areas.

f) Exclusive reservations for meals: Table reservations are only for customers who wish to have lunch or dinner with us. If you only wish to consume drinks, reservations are not possible. You may visit us, and we will try to find a table or sofa on the terrace.

g) Seating for groups: We cannot guarantee that different group bookings will sit together. We kindly ask that you contact us via email at reservations@zephyrtribe.pt for large group bookings.

h) Celebrations/Special events: On event/celebration days where tickets are sold, dinner reservations are not accepted. We will serve customers on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritising ticket holders. Please consult our event schedule on the website and/or social media.


Operating Rules - ZEPHYR PLAYA

To ensure a harmonious environment, we kindly ask all customers to respect our operating rules.

  1. Behaviour and Use of Space
  • Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted inside the venue, including the terrace. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
  • Customers must occupy one seat per person. It is not allowed to lie down on the poufs on the terrace or excessively occupy poufs/cushions, nor move poufs from one table to another without staff permission.
  • Partial nudity is not permitted, including being bare-chested in the space. Zephyr maintains a casual but respectful atmosphere.
  • Sportswear or beachwear is not allowed inside the restaurant during lunch and dinner hours.
  • Board games, card games, or other activities that could interfere with the experience of other customers are not allowed.
  1. Respect and Coexistence
  • All customers are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards the team and other customers.
  • Excessive noise, loudspeaker phone calls, or any behaviour that disturbs the environment should be avoided.
  • Management reserves the right to ask any customer to leave if they are causing discomfort or disrespect to other customers or the staff team.
  • Alcohol consumption should be moderate. In case of excessive drinking, we reserve the right to refuse service and request that customers leave the premises.
  1. Table Use and Time Limit
  • During busy periods, the maximum time for staying at a table is 2 hours (with a 15-minute grace period for groups) to allow space for other reservations or customers in the waiting line.
  • The space is intended for consumption, so we ask customers to make appropriate purchases based on the time they spend at Zephyr.
  • If a customer occupies a table for an extended period without making a purchase, we reserve the right to release the table for other customers in the queue.
  • Customers should not change tables or join chairs without speaking to the staff. Our team will be happy to assist you in finding the best arrangement, ensuring everyone's comfort.
  • Computer use is allowed only with prior management approval and during quieter times. Computer use or study/meeting areas are not permitted during lunch and dinner hours.
  1. Reservations and Delays
  • Due to the high number of reservation requests, each reservation has a time limit of 2 hours (with a 15-minute grace period). We kindly ask that all members of the reservation arrive on time, as it may not be possible to extend or delay the reservation to a later time.

Due to the high volume of requests, any delay exceeding 15 minutes may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

  1. Pets
  • Pets are allowed only in the terrace area. They must be on a lead, and owners are responsible for ensuring their good behaviour, avoiding any disruption to other customers.
  1. Payments and Consumption Policy
  • If you require an invoice with a tax number, please request it before paying the bill.
  • Bringing food or drinks from outside is not permitted.
  • During peak times, it may not be possible to split the bill immediately, especially for large groups.
