II. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

RESERVATION

Once the reservation has been made through the web engine, you will receive an email confirming the validity of the reservation along with all the corresponding information. If you do not receive the confirmation of the reservation or if any information in the confirmation is incorrect, please contact the restaurant.

If you wish to change the reservation date or the number of diners, your request will be honored as long as it is made with a minimum of advance notice, and if there are seats available. You can do this by calling the restaurant’s telephone number.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you have been asked for a guarantee card at the time of booking, you will receive an email and a sms where you must reconfirm or cancel the reservation in the links provided for this purpose. Your reservation will only be guaranteed when it has been reconfirmed.

The establishment reserves the right to cancel your reservation for organizational, meteorological, force majeure reasons or those that prevent us from offering our services on the day and time indicated. To do this, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance, offering you the possibility of changing the day and time of your initial reservation, giving you the alternative of reserving another time slot on the same day or, if neither of the above two were possible, reimbursing you the total amount of your reservation. Your reservation will have a maximum duration of 1 hrs 15 min. approximately, depending on the influx and the number of reservations. Due to the characteristics of the establishment, we cannot guarantee or confirm your table in an exclusive area. Your reservation gives access to our space, but our team will be responsible for assigning you a table, depending on availability at the time. Please be punctual! After 10 minutes from the indicated time of your reservation, if you do not show up, it will be automatically canceled, applying the "no show" policy, so the table will once again be for sale to another possible client. In the event that you cannot attend your reservation (“no show”) or if it is not canceled with a minimum of 48 hours in advance, the establishment will apply the “no show” policy, which will imply the non-refund of the amount subscriber. Cancellations will only be processed by sending an email to the following address: hostess@sercotelrosellon.com, this being the only valid way for this type of communication.
