CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the reservation is made, you will receive a email or sms confirmation detailing the number of guests, the date and time of the reservation and the cancellation policy.

Please advise us of any dietary requirements so that we can offer, if necessary, alternative dishes.

We would also like to ask you to reconfirm your booking 10 days in advance. Without your reconfirmation we will understand that you are no longer interested in your reservation and we will proceed to cancel it.

Reduction in the number of guest and cancellations

Reduction in the number of guests may constitute a cancellation of the booking if there are no tables available for the new number of guests.

The number of guests can be reduced free of charge up to 10 days before the reserved date.

Reductions with less than 10-day notice will incur a charge of 100 euro per guest on the credit card supplied.

The data that we request is adequate, relevant and strictly necessary for the purpose for which they are collected: manage your reservation and send you commercial information about your products and services. Likewise, it certifies us that all the information you provide us is true, truthful and relevant for the purpose for which we request them. At any time you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and forgetfulness provided by law according to the legally established procedure, by means of a signed document accompanied by a photocopy of the DNI addressed to the restaurant address, or by email to The e-mail address of the restaurant. We consider that if you do not cancel your personal data expressly from our database, you continue to be interested in continuing to incorporate them until the restaurant considers it.
